Wellness check-ins on your own phone
The GFY21 Wellness Program is a web app that runs on your phone. A 30-second check-in using your phone camera, together with your own answers, gives you a Body Reserve reading, a Longevity Habits Score, wellness education, preventive-care reminders based on United States guidelines, and links to find care near you.
Your data stays on your phone. Your check-in is processed on your phone as it happens, and your readings and answers are kept there. GFY21 receives only your email address, your Card and license details, the country you select, the app version, and your Program dates.
How to start
- Get a GFY21 Card from an organization that distributes them, or enroll directly (see Enroll).
- On your phone, open app.gfy21.com, review the Program Terms, and enter your Card code and email.
- Add the app to your home screen when prompted. Works on iPhone and Android phones.
Who the Program is for
Adults 18 and older in the United States. The Program provides wellness information and educational resources. For medical questions, consult a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 911.
