With a Card
If you received a GFY21 Card, you are ready. Open the Program on your phone and enter the code printed on the Card. The code is redeemed once, on the phone you activate with, and your Program Term starts that day.
Direct enrollment
Direct enrollment is not open yet. When it opens, purchase is completed on a hosted checkout page and your activation code is sent to the email address you provide. GFY21 does not receive or store card numbers.
Before you activate
- The Program is for adults 18 and older.
- The Program is offered for use in the United States.
- You will review the Program Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy on your phone before your Card is redeemed.
- Your email is used for your activation receipt and privacy requests.
